All appointments made are subject to a £30 (non- refundable) deposit paid via bank transfer or via PayPal at the time of the booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to amendmend or cancel an appointment already booked you need to give at least 48 hrs notice. If not then the deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to re-book.
If a course has been prepaid then if 48hrs notice of an amendment or cancellation is made then a treatment will be lost from the course of treatments.
Lateness Policy
If for any reason you are running late for your appointment, please call me on 07981957009
All bookings are allocated the right amount of time for each treatment. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Lateness of 10 minutes or more may require rescheduling your appointment for another day and the loss of your deposit.
Deposits for Appointments

Deposits will be deducted from your bill in the clinic. Deposits are fully refundable / transferable if 48 hours’ notice is given for any cancellations. Please see our lateness policy as deposits will be forfeited if you are past the cut off time to carry out your appointment.
Service Satisfaction
If after your appointment you are not satisfied with your tratment, I ask that you please contact the me within 7 days of your treatment. I would welcome every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as I value you as a client. If there is anything that reaquires further treatment (this is pertaining to lesion removal) then if it is carried out within a month of the initial treatment there will be no additional charge. Thereafter, normal charges will apply.
No Shows
In the event you do not show up to your appointment, you will lose your deposit and another deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. If you miss two consecutive appointments without contacting me, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
